A driving force in the office, April has spent nearly two decades at BFG helping to grow our staff, business and refining processes. April now leads the firm as President and COO and sits on our Board of Directors. She has fundamentally helped guide our growing firm through her focus on the importance of talent development, ethics and strategic planning.

In 2020, April was named one of the “Top Women in Finance” by Finance & Commerce in Minnesota and has also been invited to participate on expert panels at the national level, including the Schwab Impact Conference.

April graduated from the U of M and served 8 years in the Army National Guard. Outside of the office, family time with her husband and three children is a priority. She also enjoys summer lake life in Minnesota and hopes to have a cabin in the near future.
