Kristi serves as our Chief Growth Officer and historically, a primary Financial Advisor for BFG. Kristi helps build capable and effective teams within our firm and has spearheaded our internal financial advisory development program, helping to create the next generation of Financial Advisors. In addition to working with our advisors, Kristi leads initiatives that expand our organic and inorganic growth initiatives and foster sustainable growth across the organization.

Kristi has a background, and love, of photography and incorporates this passion with her love of travel. When not spending time with family and friends, she volunteers with various organizations such as CROSS, Second Harvest Heartland and various activities at local churches whenever time allows.
