As the Regional Director for our Springfield, Illinois location, Rik is the driving force behind the office, overseeing the day-to-day operations and helping to support an environment consistent with BFG company culture and values to provide exceptional client service, develop staff, and implement strategic visions of the organization. In addition to his role as the Regional Director, Rik is a Financial Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ working with long-term clients to provide strategic financial planning service. In addition to being a member of BFG’s Investment Committee, Rik has been in the financial services industry for 30+ years and has conducted over 1500 seminars and workshops on various topics regarding retirement, estate, and investment planning.

Away from the office, Rik loves boating, golfing, skiing, and working in the yard. A passionate hockey player and coach, Rik brings enthusiasm to both the office and the rink.
